Welcome to the Master Teachers of Maine (MTM) Mathematics blog site! I think it is a grand idea - a good compromise. 3 or 2 sessions should work for our school or for those who are truly interested. And I am really happy about having the video and being able to allow people to try some of the activities. I am also very happy about being able to share this great info!

Because of budget issues, our district has curtailed outside professional development for the forseeable future. My principal suggested that we offer a three-part mini-course on the basic facts with the additional incentive of granting contact hours. He thought once a week for three weeks would keep people from having to make a commitment over a longer period of time. I like that idea.
I'm assuming the video you are talking about is based on the two webinars we've had. Those were each two hours long. Would you be condensing them?
